Founded in 2016, Propertysigns.co.nz has developed a unique property sign technology. We provide an easy way for people to create signs without the traditional run around. We are continually developing our technology and Propertysigns.co.nz is leading the pack when it comes to property sign technology.
We use Trade Me's public APIs to access your listing data to help you easily create a professional looking real estate sign for your property.
We've partnered with high quality print suppliers to offer a great product at competitive prices.
We are living our dream everyday by expanding into new products and look forward to making these available to vendors across the country soon.
We want to provide the best service we can and would love to hear your feedback, email us at sales@propertysigns.co.nz
The reality is many keen buyers aren’t actively looking online. A sign is the most effective way to tap into your own neighbourhood and reach new passive buyers already in your area.
You’ve probably noticed that almost all agents use a sign. If you’re a private seller, having a quality sign lets your buyers know they’re dealing with a professional they can trust.
When selling your property, it’s important to be noticed and found. A sign lets buyers and open home attendees know they’re in the right place.
Our high-resolution signs are of the highest print quality available in New Zealand.
We’ve partnered with NZ Couriers and offer 3 working day or less shipping, nationwide!
All orders are tracked electronically, so you can check the status of your package at any time. Don’t worry if no one is home, we’ll leave your sign in a safe place.
Our leading sign technology allows you to edit most aspects of your sign, including photos, title, address, description, contact name and number.
We also offer a range of easy-to-pick template designs to suit all property types.
Unfortunately, no. Our customers love our quick turnaround (3-day or less nationwide) which means we start printing as soon as you’ve ordered.
The good news is there won’t be any surprises as our website will always show you the final version of your sign before you pay.
Propertysigns offers a range of sizes and materials. Our pricing simply reflects the amount of labour and materials required to print, pack and ship your sign.
Our unique sign technology saves you money by doing all the design work – no photoshop skills are required!
If you have a roadside fence, you can mount your sign directly using 4 nails or screws. If you don’t own any roadside property, you’ll require a timber frame which can be assembled and placed on the berm subject to council regulations.
Our signs can be mounted directly to most timber fences simply by using 4 nails or screws and fastening the sign at the corners.
Our timber frame kits come with a full instruction manual including images for quick assembly.
We use the best (eco-friendly) packaging materials and lots of care when packing each order. In the rare case your sign is damaged, please contact us and we’ll sort you out with a reprint.
We accept all major credit / debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash or bank transfers at this time.
Propertysigns.co.nz is a trusted technology affiliate of Trade Me. We fetch your property data directly from Trade Me to make it convenient and easy to order your own property sign.
